We are on the lookout for a visionary Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and execution. In this transformative role, you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead the design and delivery of groundbreaking Cybersecurity solutions and services that redefine how businesses operate and secure their critical infrastructure and data in the digital age.

As the driving force behind our Cybersecurity products, you will develop Cybersecurity services focusing on solutions from our strategic partner Palo Alto Networks, harnessing the collaboration to continuously enhance our service portfolio and capabilities and transform how enterprises implement and manage Cybersecurity. as well as leverage AI to address the evolving Threat Landscape. Given the rapidly evolving threat landscape, the Product Manager must also proactively identify ways to utilise AI in order to mitigate emerging vulnerabilities and counter new Cyber threats.

You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams—from engineering and marketing to sales, operations and legal, to ensure the tight execution of cutting-edge product strategies and overarching business objectives. Your strategic insights will fuel go-to-market initiatives, propelling successful product launches and driving sustainable revenue growth.

1. Achieving Revenue and Profitability Targets
The Product Manager for Cybersecurity must prioritize financial goals, ensuring that each product contributes effectively to the organization’s overall revenue and profitability. This includes developing precise financial forecasts and budgets, analyzing sales trends, and identifying key opportunities to expand into new markets or optimize existing segments. By constantly evaluating the product’s financial performance and adjusting strategies, they can maximize profitability while balancing costs and investments in innovation and quality.

2. Formulating Product Strategies and Roadmaps
Creating a robust product strategy involves aligning with the organization’s vision and staying ahead of market trends and technological advancements. The Product Manager must define clear objectives for the product, detailing how it will address customer needs and differentiate itself from competitors. Roadmaps serve as actionable guides that track progress and prioritize tasks, while ensuring all stakeholders, including engineering and marketing teams, work cohesively to deliver the product successfully. 

3. Managing the Entire Product Lifecycle

Skills For Success

  • Degree in CyberSecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science and AI,  or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, pre-sales, or technical product marketing
  • Professional certification would be advantageous. Associate or professional certification or equivalent
  • Experience in pre-sales, Enterprise architecture design, service development, Managed Services and outsourcing
  • You have experience with Cybersecurity Solution design and AI assisted threat detection / remediation, Pre-Sales or technical business development.
  • You have experience different aspects of Cybersecurity including the use of AI to improve Threat detection, response and remediation
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions and services, and automation tools
  • You are self-starter who can also work with a team to deliver superior project delivery and customer service
  • You have a strong analytical background with an aptitude for understanding technology and the benefits it brings to customers
  • You have worked in a Cybersecurity Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical Marketing or Delivery Role.     Experience in working in large organizations
  • Experience in working on multi domain ICT deals
  • You are an effective communicator with the ability to drive consensus among Customer stakeholders from entry level to management that represents various functions with competing goals
  • High level of self-autonomy    
  • Excellent presentation skills for internal management and external customer presentations    
  • Creative and conceptual thinking    
  • Strong delivery track record
  • You have superior analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills.
  • Good organisational skills, and ability to manage a complex environment with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with Cybersecurity Operating models and best practices
  • Ability to generate Sales pipelines and map out GTM initiatives to ensure Revenue targets are met
