What success looks like in this role:
- Delivery Ownership & Governance
- Own end-to-end delivery of SIEM/SOC, MDR, CTEM, IAM
- Ensure SLAs, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Automation & AI Enablement
- Drive OAR, automation workflows, AI tools (e.g., Security Copilot)
- Reduce manual workload and standardize responses
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead engineers, analysts, architects
- Build engineering culture and mentor teams
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as client interface
- Present performance, risks, and roadmap
- Innovation
- Lead and Collaborate on new technology POC, Demos
- Business Leadership
- Collaborate with GTM
- Help in RFP response and proposal
- Review Client requirements and create responses.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 10–15 years cybersecurity experience
- 5+ years in delivery leadership
- Strong knowledge of SOC, cloud security, IAM, CTEM
- Familiarity with Microsoft Security stack and automation tools
- SC-200/SC-300, AZ-500
- CISSP or CISM
