Functioning in a manner similar to an IT Auditor, the GRC Analyst is focused on identifying control gaps, evaluating risks, and supporting both internal and external audit readiness. The role requires close collaboration with IT, Cybersecurity, Audit, and business teams to enhance the overall control environment and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
This position typically handles moderate to complex assignments that demand careful judgment and analysis to determine the appropriate course of action. Operating under general manager direction, the GRC Analyst is expected to be a strong independent starter, paying close attention to detail and demonstrating a drive to achieve goals while maintaining a high standard of quality. Curiosity and an interest in learning about the mobile ecosystem are also valued traits for success in this role. Additionally, the role has the ability to influence the compliance function to see beyond checklist activities and drive efficiencies in the business.
