ICT Manager - Operations, Cybersecurity & Services Delivery

The Opportunity

The Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the I.T. Infrastructure, Service Delivery, and Information and Cyber Security functions to mature the organisation's capabilities and enable strategic business outcomes through well-considered technology solutions, decisions, and strategies
• Establish ISMS (Information Security Management System) and develop and implement a Cyber Security maturity program
• Establish a Service Management Framework and implement core ITIL practices
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps as well as support the delivery of technology standards and blueprints
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business and ICT to ensure technology decisions align with business priorities and outcomes
• Provide leadership, advice, and recommendations on all infrastructure and cyber initiatives
• Develop and implement effective cost management processes to ensure ICT costs are competitive and deliver value
• Assist the Executive General Manager ICT with developing and managing the ICT cost reporting framework
• Assist in the development of a Public Cloud Strategy and deliver the migration plan
• Provide domain expertise for any M&A activities
• Develop and implement a Vendor Management Framework
• Identify and mitigate technology risks

The Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding and experience with Information Security
• Frameworks such as NIST/ISO/Essential 8
• At least 10+ years’ experience in an ICT function with at least 5 years in Service Delivery and/or Information Security
• Experience in defining and managing services in the public cloud to drive technology roadmaps
• Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing an ISMS
• Understanding of appropriate architectural and IT standards that drive technology roadmaps
• Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies and trends with demonstrated experience in defining and implementing an ITIL
• Experience leading/managing, guiding, developing, and mentoring teams to deliver technology services
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and strategic planning skills
