Cybersecurity and Cyber-regulatory Compliance Manager 

Your future role: 

• Lead advisory and implementation projects in the area of cybersecurity strategy, governance, cloud security and ICT risk management, 

• Oversee cybersecurity assessments of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), 

• Manage risk assessments for new initiatives, technologies, and digital solutions, 

• Supervise reviews of IT systems and processes, evaluating compliance with standards and best practices, 

• Coordinate cybersecurity-related assessments of IT systems, networks, and data environments, 

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery, 

• Manage workstreams and mentor team members. 

Apply if you have: 

• At least several years of experience in cybersecurity management, advisory, risk assessment, or information security governance, 

• Experience in cloud security, cybersecurity audits or risk evaluation, 

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously from both technical and delivery perspectives,  

• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO27k or NIST, 

• Knowledge of cloud security, data protection in cloud environments and regulatory requirements (NIS2, DORA), 

• Higher education (e.g., IT, security, engineering, economics with IT elements), 

• Very good command of English and Polish, 

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, 

• Ability to work independently and proactively. 

Nice to have: 

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP.
