We are seeking a Cyber Security Manager (Romania) to oversee and elevate the delivery of our cybersecurity services across the region. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive operational excellence, ensure high‑quality security service delivery, and represent our organization as the senior delivery executive for key customers. You’ll shape the governance, performance, and transformation of cybersecurity operations while collaborating globally to enhance our delivery model.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end‑to‑end cybersecurity service delivery and governance for regional customer accounts
- Ensure SLA adherence, contractual compliance, and delivery excellence across SOC, MDR/XDR, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and other security service lines
- Oversee managed services operations, security platforms, tooling optimization, automation, and AI‑driven improvements
- Own delivery governance reviews, executive customer engagement, and critical incident leadership
- Build and scale delivery frameworks supporting 24×7 global security operations
- Lead financial oversight for delivery, including revenue forecasting, cost management, and margin optimization
- Manage and grow a multidisciplinary cybersecurity delivery team (60+ FTE)
- Partner with Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Global Practice teams to support solutioning, transitions, and standardization initiatives
- Drive continuous performance improvement through analytics, dashboards, and structured delivery metrics
What you'll to bring along
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics areas
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity services leadership
- Proven track record managing large-scale Managed Security Services and global delivery models
- Deep expertise in industry security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR) and modern security technologies (SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR, IAM, Cloud Security, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to govern complex delivery portfolios and lead executive‑level customer engagements
- Strong financial acumen with experience optimizing cost, margin, and resource utilization
- Experience in transitions, platform deployment, and large-scale security operations transformation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills
- Familiarity with AI‑driven security operations and automation‑first delivery models
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or similar
- Proven experience coaching senior delivery managers and growing high‑performing teams
- Exposure to multi‑region delivery standardization and global practice alignment
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to drive innovation and transformation
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, German would be a plus
