About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to support the execution of cybersecurity initiatives across industrial environments. You will work closely with internal security stakeholders to implement cybersecurity directives across IT, OT, and Product Security domains. This role focuses on enabling local teams, ensuring consistent adoption of security practices, and driving sustainable improvements in day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate cybersecurity directives and risk analyses into prioritized, actionable tasks (e.g., NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/SAE 21434, R155)
Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of security controls, policies, and measures
Facilitate workshops, documentation, and execution of cybersecurity initiatives at site level
Maintain and standardize templates, registers, and compliance artifacts to support audits and tracking
Define and clarify RACI roles across functions such as IT, Maintenance, and Automation
Drive technical follow-ups on security baselines, vulnerabilities, and architectural requirements
Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity-related projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and procedures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and operational maturity
Support onboarding and development of local teams within cybersecurity domains
Requirements:
Strong experience in IT, OT, and Product Cybersecurity, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience with risk assessments, audits, and implementation of security controls
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including:
NIS2
ISO/IEC 27001
NIST
R155 / ISO/SAE 21434
Understanding of industrial IoT (IIoT) and enterprise security architecture
Experience with management systems, risk-based compliance, and process ownership
Proven ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
Strong communication and facilitation skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
