As a GRC Consultant at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Adapt our group’s COBIT-based corporate rulebook to local operations, ensuring policies are practical for local realities.
- Define and implement information security controls by assessing existing measures, identifying gaps, and ensuring compliance with both group and regulatory standards.
- Support application security by translating business requirements into non-functional security requirements for our technology team to implement.
- Enhance Identity & Access Management processes across various departments by establishing robust controls, improving tracking and supporting automation efforts with tools like Power Automate and Power BI.
- Streamline and consolidate the process of compliance evidence collection, responding effectively to audit requests from group and regulators, and managing follow-up on internal audit findings.
Requirements
About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English.
- You possess hands-on knowledge of COBIT.
- You have practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.
- You bring around 3 years of relevant experience.
- You are available to start immediately and commit to a freelance contract (4-6 months).
- You are open to a hybrid working arrangement, with at least three days per week in-person in Lisbon.
