Network Control provides leading network management and control systems for planned and unplanned outage management, generation, transmission and distribution management systems, SCADA and process control solutions for planning, forecasting and running day-to-day operations. How you’ll make an impact
- Build, mentor, and coach a high-performing engineering team while fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure implementation of infrastructure security measures including platform hardening (Linux, Windows, SQL, web servers, network devices).
- Oversee endpoint protection, backup/restore, and monitoring solutions (SIEM, NMS).
- Guide secure environment setup including Active Directory, LDAP, PKI, Kerberos, DNS, and group policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor during customer testing activities and tendering.
- Drive clear and standardized system architecture and documentation across projects.
- Align team objectives with organizational cybersecurity strategy and collaborate with Product Development and Management.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimize processes, and manage resources to meet business priorities.
Your background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure engineering combined with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver results on time across multiple initiatives.
- Familiarity with backup solutions (Acronis, Veeam), SIEM tools (Splunk, AlienVault), NMS (SolarWinds, Zabbix), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Solid understanding of Linux and Windows administration, networking, and scripting (Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, RHCSA/RHCE, CEH are highly valued.
