Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical implementation of a strategic Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) program in a complex enterprise environment.
- Design and develop robust integrations between the CLM platform and ServiceNow to enable automated certificate orchestration.
- Centralize certificate issuance by integrating the CLM solution with public Certificate Authorities (e.g., DigiCert, Let’s Encrypt) and internal Windows Server Certificate Authorities.
- Establish seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID to support centralized identity provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Drive automation initiatives to address increasingly shorter certificate lifecycles.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics covering certificate utilization, expiration, risk, and compliance.
- Implement mechanisms for user group management, including chargeback and billing utilization models.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and operational support for the CLM platform.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Infrastructure, Application Development, and IT Operations to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Expert-level understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including X.509 certificates, cryptographic algorithms, and trust models.
- Hands-on experience with CLM platforms such as AppViewX, Venafi, Keyfactor, or Sectigo.
- Strong experience integrating with ServiceNow using APIs, REST, SOAP, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python and PowerShell.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
