The Cybersecurity Analyst II serves as a primary point of contact for cybersecurity operations and identity governance across Franklin Electric’s global environment. This role is responsible for administering, monitoring, and enhancing enterprise security platforms; leading Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives; and supporting regulatory compliance efforts aligned with NIST and CIS frameworks. The position provides leadership in identity security, endpoint security, cloud security, and privileged access management.

What you will be doing:
Service Operation
- Serve as primary operational contact for cybersecurity tools and platforms.
- Administer Azure Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Enterprise Applications (SAML 2.0).
- Manage Microsoft Purview compliance and data security.
- Administer CyberArk Private Cloud and Workforce Password Management.
- Manage CrowdStrike Falcon Platforms
- Work in and support Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration program.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts.
- Support identity lifecycle processes and access reviews.
- Assist with cybersecurity incident response and investigations.
- Lead Franklin Electric IoT product cybersecurity audits with third parties.
- Support compliance with SOX, NIST, and CIS standards.
- Manage ServiceNow incidents, requests, and change documentation.
- Participate in cybersecurity and identity security projects.
Request and Change Management
- Ensures all changes and requests are entered in ServiceNow.
- Ensures the fulfillment of requests for Identity and Access Management (software /hardware)
- Ensures changes are completed with proper documentation for SOX compliance.
- Reviews the forward schedule of changes for potential conflicts.
Project Management
- Participates as a resource on project led by others.
- May lead small projects as a Project Manager
- Completes assigned project tasks on time and with high quality.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related degree (required).
- 3 to 6 years of related experience (required).
- This position requires minimal travel, estimated at less than 5%.
- Strong-Level: Cybersecurity and Identity Security, PowerShell or other scripting platform scripting skills, Analytical and Troubleshooting abilities.
- Intermediate-Level: Active Directory, TCP/IP, CrowdStrike, Nessus, Azure Conditional Access, M365 MFA, Exchange Online Best Practice, and Active Directory
- Entry-Level: Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Visio and Project
- One or more of the following certifications are preferred but not required:
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) issued by (ISC)²
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) issued by ISACA
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) issued by EC-Council
- CompTIA Security+ issued by CompTIA
