Help secure industrial measurement products used in critical infrastructure around the world. As a Cybersecurity Manager for Rosemount Tank Radar, you will shape how product security is governed, built, monitored, and continuously improved across the full product lifecycle.

Our Industrial Control products and systems are developed to support international regulations and standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, CRA and others.

The position owns and drives the cybersecurity strategy and governance for Rosemount Tank Radar products and systems within Emerson, aligning processes, procedures and management of product related security within Emerson.

In this role you collaborate with Product Security Leads, System Architects, Development Engineers, Supply chain and Legal stakeholders to cover all aspects of cybersecurity management.

This is a rare opportunity to combine cybersecurity leadership, embedded product security, industrial automation, regulatory readiness, and cross-functional influence. You will help shape the cybersecurity direction for products that operate in demanding industrial environments and support customers with high expectations on safety, reliability, and compliance.

You will work with security topics such as secure development, threat modeling, vulnerability handling, secure updates, product hardening, cryptography, authentication, incident response, regulatory compliance and long-term product cybersecurity monitoring.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Own and continuously improve the product cybersecurity management approach for Rosemount Tank Radar products and systems
  • Lead cybersecurity risk management, vulnerability management and PSIRT-related activities 
  • Guide product teams in secure architecture, threat modeling, risk assessment and regulatory readiness 
  • Translate evolving cybersecurity regulations and threat trends into practical engineering actions 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to product management, engineering leadership, legal, supply chain and compliance stakeholders 
  • Mentor Product Security Leads, architects and engineers to strengthen cybersecurity capability across the organization

This is a senior expert and coordination role with strong technical leadership responsibility. You will lead through influence, governance, coaching and cross-functional collaboration rather than through direct line management. You are a high‑performing individual contributor with a strong passion for cybersecurity. You enjoy understanding new technologies and how they should be governed throughout their lifecycle. You value exposure to diverse technologies and are proactive in researching and developing new skills as needed. You are collaborative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across engineering, legal, compliance, and customer‑facing teams. 
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • BSc or MSc in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Solid background in software or embedded product development
  • Practical experience with cybersecurity standards, frameworks or regulations such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001/27017, NIST, NIS2 or CRA 
  • Strong communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with industrial automation, embedded systems or connected products
  • Experience with vulnerability management, PSIRT, threat modeling or secure development practices
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, IEC 62443 or similar
  • Swedish language skills
