IT Network & Cybersecurity Administrator

SSS is looking for a Senior IT Network & Cybersecurity Administrator to lead and enhance our enterprise network infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, network segmentation, and firewall security.

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments, including virtual machines, networking, identity management, IAM, security controls, and access policies.

• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, application deployment, and security configurations.

• Lead cybersecurity operations including firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, vulnerability assessments, incident response, and security risk management.

• Manage Microsoft Exchange (Online/On-Premises), email security, mail flow, archiving, and protection against phishing and malware threats.

• Support and maintain IP Telephony systems, SIP configurations, and QoS policies.

• Maintain IT security documentation, network diagrams, policies, and compliance requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT team members.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in network administration and cybersecurity roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Azure (Azure AD/Entra ID, VMs, Networking, MFA, Conditional Access)

  • AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Security Groups)

  • Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management

  • Enterprise Firewalls and Network Security

  • VLAN, Routing, Switching, LAN/WAN

  • Microsoft Exchange Administration

• Practical experience with cybersecurity solutions such as:

  • Sophos

  • Mimecast

  • Endpoint Protection Platforms

  • Security Awareness Platforms (KnowBe4 or equivalent)

• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.

• Experience with website administration and CMS platforms is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNP

• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)

• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500)

• AWS Solutions Architect / Security Specialty

• CEH / CISSP

• Sophos or Mimecast certifications
