Information Security Officer

Inventi builds financial infrastructure - Payment Gateway, Regulatory Compliance, Verification of Payee - that fintechs depend on. Alongside our products, we run dedicated teams delivering custom solutions for fintech and beyond. As we grow, security grows with us, and we need the right person to lead that journey.

We’re looking for an Information Security Officer who will make it happen.

What you’ll do: 

• Own security and compliance across the company – working hands-on with engineering, product, and business teams to make sure the right changes happen and stick.
• Set and maintain security policies that actually work (ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Run risk assessments and audits, fix gaps, and strengthen defenses.
• Be the security voice for sales and clients – questionnaires, due diligence, and the occasional client meeting.
• Stay ahead of new threats and regulations (e.g., DORA) and turn them into simple, useful controls.
• Help the Inventi team develop a security mindset, so it becomes a natural part of how we work.

About you:

• 5+ years in information security, risk management, or compliance (fintech or payments environment strongly preferred).
• Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR in practice.
• Proven experience running risk assessments, managing audits, and coordinating remediation.
• Translates security into business language – and business needs into security actions.
• Helps the business move forward with security as a natural part of it.
• Comfortable working across engineering, product, sales, and HR teams.
