Our platform uses AI to verify certificates of insurance in seconds rather than days, automatically enrolls uncovered residents in a property damage liability waiver program, and helps properties maintain 100% compliance around the clock. Beyond insurance compliance, we've built Rentistry, a rent reporting tool that helps residents build credit by reporting on-time payments to all three major credit bureaus.
