Job Description

Data Protection & Certificate Services Specialist (L3) – DLP (Purview), DSPM (BigID) & MS PKI
Location
India (Hybrid)
Role Level
L3 – Senior Support / Subject Matter Expert / Escalation Owner

Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
•    Microsoft Purview DLP
Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)
•    BigID

Certificate & Encryption Services
•    Microsoft PKI / Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
•    Certificate lifecycle management (issuance, renewal, revocation)
•    TLS/SSL certificate support for applications, cloud, and endpoints

Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
•    6–10+ years experience in Data Security, DLP, DSPM, or Encryption Services
•    Strong hands on support experience with: 
o    Microsoft Purview DLP
o    BigID
o    Microsoft PKI / AD CS
•    Proven expertise in: 
o    Data classification and protection
o    DLP and DSPM tuning
o    Certificate lifecycle management and troubleshooting
•    Strong understanding of data protection across cloud, endpoint, email, and application environments

Certifications (Preferred / Nice to Have)
•    Microsoft Information Protection / Purview certifications
•    Microsoft PKI / Windows Server certifications
•    CISSP or equivalent security certification
•    Strong audit confidence across data protection and encryption controls

Areas of responsibility   Monitoring and Incident Detection Analyse attack trends and correlate logs across systems to identify advance threats. Enhance monitoring processes and implement improvements for faster detection, to ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards. Incident Handling and Analysis Perform root cause analysis, create incident response plans and implement disaster recovery measures to minimize business disruption

Threat Assessment and Analytics Undertake forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools and implement mitigation measures to align with compliance requirements. Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance Liaise with cross functional teams, external vendors and auditors to ensure compliance with security frameworks.

Maintain audit documentation and ensure its accuracy while implementing processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance. Training and Awareness Assist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness sessions, including guidance on phishing and malicious emails.
