What success looks like in this role:
- The Associate Principal Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM will serve as a senior engineering and architecture lead within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) function. This role requires a strong engineering background, deep hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC – SaaS), and the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure IAM architectures.
- The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, security leadership, and technical teams to design and present IAM solutions aligned with enterprise security strategy and compliance objectives.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Strong engineering background with deep understanding of IAM architecture principles.
- 10+ years of overall IT/Cybersecurity experience with at least 6–8 years in IAM.
- Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC – SaaS).
- (Experience limited to on-prem SailPoint IIQ alone will not be sufficient.)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical architecture.
- Ability to design IAM solutions and confidently present to business stakeholders.
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications (Cloud & Hybrid environments).
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and governance.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and automation scripting (PowerShell/Python – preferred).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) certification preferred.
- Experience in cloud security and modern identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
- Experience working in global enterprise environments.
