The Role
At Teneo, we provide expert cyber security strategy, risk and response advisory within a multi-disciplinary environment, working closely with our strategy and communications, risk advisory and restructuring teams across a globally connected platform.
We are seeking experienced Cyber Security Managers to join our growing global cyber team. This role is suited to a cyber security professional with experience across cyber strategy, risk, response and recovery.
You will play a key role in delivering client engagements, working closely with senior colleagues and supporting clients through complex and high-stakes situations, while building your profile as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, you will support the delivery of client engagements, manage workstreams, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions.
- Deliver and manage workstreams across cyber strategy, risk, response and recovery engagements
- Support clients during cyber incidents and high-pressure situations, contributing to coordination, analysis, decision-making and recovery efforts
- Contribute to cyber strategy, risk and resilience programmes, including maturity assessments, operating model design and transformation initiatives
- Support business development activities, including proposal development, market insights and contributing to client relationship management
Key Skills & Experience
You will have experience delivering cyber security engagements across a combination of strategy, risk, response and resilience, with a strong advisory mindset.
- Experience in cyber security with exposure to cyber strategy and risk and/or incident response and recovery engagements
- Understanding of cyber response and recovery, alongside cyber strategy, risk and resilience frameworks and approaches
- Exposure to core cyber domains such as data security, identity and access management, security operations or threat intelligence
- Emerging leadership capability, with experience supporting and developing junior team members
