Job Description & Summary

About the role:

Your main goal is to grow our cybersecurity consulting practice and ensure that our projects are delivered to the highest standards. You will lead a team of experts, manage client relationships, and work closely with our international partners to bring global expertise to the local market. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys both the technical side of security and the challenge of growing a business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Collaborate with global network offices to exchange expertise, adapt international methodologies, and participate in cross-border business development activities and engagements.

  • Lead the preparation of commercial proposals, deliver high-impact presentations, and defend project budgets.

  • Project management (including but not limited to risk, task and resource management).

  • Take part in the project work, hands-on, together with the team, leading and contributing to one or more project streams.

  • Oversee quality assurance throughout the entire lifecycle of consulting engagements.

  • Mentor and develop a team of consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  • Active involvement in building partnerships with leading cybersecurity vendors.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards.

  • Hands-on expertise in at least one cybersecurity domain (e.g., GRC, Security architecture, IAM, Security operations, Cloud security, Application security, Red teaming etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply critical thinking to mitigate emerging security threats.

  • Translating technical security concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Exceptional negotiation, public speaking, and strategic thinking abilities, proactive attitude.

  • Fluency in English is critical for regular communications with the international network and clients.

  • Any relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent) are a plus but not required.

  • Prior experience in consulting is highly preferable.
