We are seeking a high-impact Director to join our Data Assurance / FS Practice within Risk Assurance Services, focused on growing PwC India's presence across the GCC/Captives ecosystem. This is a client-facing leadership role that combines business development, consulting, stakeholder management, and analytics-led risk transformation. The ideal candidate will help clients develop solutions that detect, monitor, and predict risk while leveraging leading data analytics tools and technologies to solve business challenges.  

Responsibilities: 

  • GCC/Captives Practice Growth: Assist in expanding the practice's focus on GCCs/Captives and develop tailored solutions for these clients 

  • Sales Pipeline Development: Focus on key accounts and build a strong sales pipeline by supporting proposals, pursuits, and business development initiatives.  

  • Client Relationship Management: Understand client business needs, build trusted relationships, and provide consulting guidance along with hands-on solution design and development. [ 

  • Portfolio Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of clients while working closely with Executive Directors and Partners.  

  • Solution Strategy & Innovation: Develop strategies to solve complex technical and business challenges through data analytics and risk management solutions.  

  • Technical Leadership: Contribute to the development of the team's technical capabilities and thought leadership.  

  • People Development: Train, coach, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a high-performance team environment.  

  • Internal Collaboration & Brand Building: Build strong internal relationships and enhance the PwC brand within the market and client ecosystem.  

Mandatory skill sets: 

  • 15+ years of professional experience working with Captives/GCCs/GICs 

  • Strong account management experience with a proven track record in both hunting and farming accounts 

  • Ability to drive pursuits and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and clients.  

  • Experience selling to captives and managing commercial contracting arrangements, including MSAs and local country agreements 

  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and business pursuit experience.  

  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with experience working with global clients.  

  • Ability to build executive-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.  

Preferred skill sets: 

  • Prior consulting or Big 4 experience.  

  • MBA from a reputed institution.  

  • CFA and/or FRM certification.  

  • Experience in Risk Analytics, Data Assurance, Financial Services, or related consulting domains.  

Years of experience required:

15+ years

Education Qualifications 

B.Tech/B.E or CA from a reputed college/university. MBA is preferred. CFA/FRM certifications are an added advantage.
