Cybersecurity Service Manager, Cyber Defence Services
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Service Manager to join our Cyber Defence Services organization and contribute to the development of our cyber defence services.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, service owners, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to improve our services based on customer needs, business priorities, and operational insight. You will help translate these needs into concrete development initiatives, support prioritization and backlog management, and drive continuous improvement across selected service areas.
You will play an important role in ensuring that our services remain relevant, scalable, and valuable for our customers. This includes contributing to roadmap work, coordinating development topics and helping align service capabilities with customer expectations and delivery realities. The role combines service management with a product-oriented way of working, with a strong focus on collaboration, structure, and practical execution.

You are a cybersecurity professional with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in developing or managing services in a complex environment. You are comfortable working across both strategic and operational topics, and you know how to turn input from multiple sources into clear priorities and actionable improvements. You enjoy working with both customers and internal teams and are motivated by services that deliver clear and lasting value.
As part of our Cyber Defence Services team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organization and contribute to the continuous development of our service portfolio and customer offering.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, managed services, service management, product ownership, or service development
Understanding of how cybersecurity services are operated and improved in a customer-oriented environment
Ability to work across strategic, operational, and service development-related topics
Experience in coordinating stakeholders and balancing different needs in a structured way
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both customers and internal teams
A practical and development-oriented mindset, with the ability to turn ideas and feedback into concrete actions
Experience supporting roadmap work, backlog prioritization, or continuous improvement processes
Relevant certifications such as CISSP and/or CISM are considered a strong advantage
Fluency in Finnish and English
Your Role
Cybersecurity Service Management
Drive improvement and development of selected cyber defence services together with service owners, technical teams, and other stakeholders
Gather and translate customer needs, business priorities, and operational insights into concrete development initiatives and service improvements
Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and backlog management for selected service areas
Help align service capabilities, delivery quality, and customer value
Contribute to service-related communication, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of ways of working
Customer Collaboration and Service Value
Work closely with customers to understand their expectations, priorities, and evolving cybersecurity needs
Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a key contact in service development and strategic topics
Support customers in maximizing the value from our cyber defence services
Translate service observations, customer feedback, and operational insights into structured improvement opportunities
Service Reviews and Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate service reviews, customer meetings, and development discussions related to service quality, improvements, and future needs
Present service development topics, priorities, and value in a clear and structured way
Participate in workshops, planning sessions, and cross-functional discussions
Strategic Presales Support
Support strategic customer meetings, proposals, and workshops together with account teams and subject matter experts
Contribute to shaping customer-specific service roadmaps and future development planning
Provide senior cybersecurity perspective in selected opportunities without direct sales responsibility
In this role, you combine a structured, service-oriented mindset with practical understanding of cybersecurity delivery. You are comfortable working with both customer stakeholders and technical specialists, and you build trust across different audiences. You remain calm under pressure and are able to bring clarity and structure to complex situations. You are also able to turn diverse inputs into clear initiatives and take them forward in a consistent and practical way.
