●Network Management-Oversee network architecture, firewall, and switches and AP’s configuration and management; resolve connectivity issues.
●Hardware Troubleshooting and Management-Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
●Asset Management:Managing IT inventory, handling procurement and disposal, and maintaining updated records.
●Problem Resolution-Diagnose and resolve system, software, and network issues; conduct root cause analysis.
●Technical Support-Provide desktop support and collaborate with teams for smooth IT operations.
●Infrastructure Management-Manage resources, integrate new technologies, Switch & Firewall Management.
●Documentation and Reporting-Maintain IT documentation and prepare performance and security reports.
●Cybersecurity Support-Manage firewall, security protocols, and mitigate cyber threats; support audits.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role is preferred.
● Strong understanding of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
● Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Basic understanding of IT assets, software, and hardware management.
● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
