Key responsibilities in your new role

As Functional Safety and Cyber Security Quality Manager – Automotive you will be responsible for managing and assuring product quality, safety and security throughout the product lifecycle, in order to set the stage for successful and long-lasting customer relationships.

• Be primarily responsible for allquality management tasks specific to an ISO 26262-compliantand ISO 21434-complaintprocess framework
• Be responsible for general process quality assurance, in accordance with the Infineon quality management system
• Support in theidentification and assessment of process-related risks in product development projects
• Compile and execute a quality assurance plan
• Be responsible for the communication of the status of conformityand compliance measures and escalate concerns where necessary
• Provide support to project teams for an effective and efficient achievement of conformity and compliance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement in your area of responsibility

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You live up to high quality standards, work effectively, have a sense for costs and strive for continuous improvement while developing and implementing effective solutions. You remain aware of the big picture to achieve your goals and, in addition, you are pro-active team player, with good organizational and communication skills.

• A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant, professional experience in an R&D or quality management role, ideally within the semiconductor industry
• Expertknowledge ofISO 26262 and general quality standards(IATF 16949, ISO9001), ideally with anISO 26262 Professional certification
• Ideally, basic knowledge ofISO 21434-compliant product development, as well as an ISO 21434 Professional certification
• Goodknowledge of quality management systems, methods and procedures (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, etc.) as well as customer-related processes
• Good experience in semiconductor technology, as well asIC technology and devices preferred
• Fluency in English (mandatory) andwillingness to travel
