Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Cybersecurity Sales Engineer. The role includes collaborating with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and translating requirements into technical solutions. The Cybersecurity Sales Engineer will support the sales team by preparing and delivering product demonstrations, providing technical expertise, and addressing security-related challenges. The role will involve conducting risk assessments, evaluating security vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for effective solutions. The candidate will also work closely with internal teams to shape the future of cybersecurity offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Application Security and Vulnerability Assessment to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity and Information Security to ensure comprehensive protection of client systems.
- Proficient in Network Security to secure communication channels and prevent network-based threats.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to evolving challenges and think critically to develop practical and timely solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
