Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical delivery of ServiceNow GRC solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
- Partner with risk, compliance, audit, and security stakeholders to design scalable, automated workflows aligned with governance frameworks.
- Configure and develop GRC modules using best practices across scripting, automation, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership across GRC workstreams, ensuring consistent standards, architectural alignment, and platform governance.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise GRC, security, and risk systems.
- Conduct technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews to validate requirements and guide implementation decisions.
- Implement automated controls, risk scoring models, issue management workflows and continuous monitoring capabilities.
- Support UAT, deployment planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including solution designs, data structures, and workflow diagrams.
- Stay current with ServiceNow GRC roadmap updates and evolving regulatory trends to inform strategic enhancements.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow GRC solutions, including configuration of Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit workflows.
- Strong technical proficiency across the ServiceNow platform, including Javascript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Understanding of governance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR, or similar regulatory standards.
- Ability to design secure, compliant, and scalable GRC solutions aligned with enterprise governance and risk methodologies.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with security, risk, or compliance systems.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
