Senior Cyber Security Engineering Manager

This well-established financial services organisation is looking for a Security Engineering Manager to lead and evolve its cyber engineering capability.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll mentor a high-performing team, champion technical excellence, and take ownership of the security engineering roadmap. You'll play a key role in shaping capability, driving investment in security tooling, and ensuring engineering initiatives align with the organisation's broader cyber security strategy.

I'm particularly interested in speaking with professionals who have:

• 3–5 years' experience in a senior security engineering or tech leadership role;
• Strong hands-on expertise across endpoint, network , email, cloud , and identity security technologies;
• Solid knowledge of network security (firewalls, CASB, proxies) and identity security (IGA, PAM, SSO);
• A passion for building high-performing teams and delivering secure, scalable solutions;

The role requires an Australian citizen who resides in Sydney and can be available to commence their next role in August or September.
