We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

You will contribute to protecting information systems and ensuring compliance with the cybersecurity standards.

You will work closely with IT and business teams to assess risks, implement security measures, and support audits and cybersecurity projects.

  • On-site Luxembourg position

Responsabilities:

1) Cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance (GRC)

  • Perform IT security risk assessments

  • Contribute to the design, update and implementation of IT Security Plans.

  • Ensure alignment with security policies, standards and frameworks (ISO 27001/27002, NIST, ITIL).

  • Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) when required.

2) Security architecture and technical implementation

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of security architectures and technical solutions.

  • Support the integration of cybersecurity technologies (IAM, monitoring, vulnerability management, etc.).

  • Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation measures in collaboration with IT teams.

3) Audits and certification

  • Participate in internal and external security audits and certification processes.

  • Prepare technical documentation and evidence required for compliance with ISO 27000 and EC frameworks.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement

4) Advisory and stakeholder collaboration

  • Provide cybersecurity expertise and recommendations to IT and business stakeholders.

  • Participate in technical and project meetings.

  • Communicate complex security topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

5) Documentation, training and awareness

  • Draft security documentation, policies and guidelines.

  • Contribute to training materials and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

  • Deliver technical and business presentations on security topics.

6) Project and coordination activities

  • Contribute to planning, roadmap definition and reporting of cybersecurity activities.

  • Support project management activities using PM2 / Agile approaches.

Technical skills:

  • Solid experience in cybersecurity, risk management and IT security frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of: IT Security policies and standards, ISO 27000 / NIST frameworks, ITIL and project management methodologies (PM2, Agile)

Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • One or more IT certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, ISO27k, IT Risk Management.
  • One or more cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, CEH, OSCP or equivalent.
