About

In 2003, our founders recognized a critical gap in the European technology landscape. Organizations were increasingly relying on complex digital infrastructure, but the expertise to secure and manage these systems was fragmented across borders and disciplines. They envisioned a different approach: bringing together deep technical knowledge across cybersecurity, networking, and cloud into a unified network of knowledge that could serve mission-critical organizations across Europe.

From that insight, Conscia was born in Denmark. What started as a vision has grown into a pan-European leader operating across 11 countries with over 1,700 experts. Today, we design, build, secure, and run the digital infrastructure that powers hospitals, banks, manufacturers, and government agencies. Our belief is simple: when infrastructure is secure and reliable, organizations have the confidence to innovate, grow, and lead. That is the progress we exist to secure.
