The Opportunity:

Cyber threats are everywhere, and the constantly evolving nature of these threats can make understanding them seem overwhelming to government agencies. In all of this “cyber noise”, how can these organizations understand their risks and how to mitigate them? The answer is an information security risk specialist like you who will break down complex threats into manageable plans of action.

We’re looking for an experienced information security risk specialist like you to apply your knowledge in Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and defense Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), all of which are essential for managing the Army’s IT portfolio.

In this role, you’ll use your experience to work with the ISSM, ISSO, and stakeholders to understand cybersecurity postures to evaluate potential weaknesses, as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cybersecurity solutions utilizing eMASS, vulnerability scans, artifacts, and documentation. You will leverage cybersecurity tools to aggregate compliance information that informs leadership of their cybersecurity compliance posture.

You’ll use your RMF analysis abilities to adequately assess information systems and inform senior leadership on their cybersecurity posture of the mission area. Your role will be vital in the continuous evaluation and assessment of authorization to operation systems that support the client.

Work with us as we ensure cybersecurity postures are secure and risks are properly mitigated.
