We are hiring for a 12 months fixed term Cyber Security Technical Analyst to join us.
Purpose:
The Cyber Security Technical Analyst will own the business and technical requirements as well as provide assurance across the Cyber Program to ensure that deliverables meet the program’s requirements. They will liaise between internal and external stakeholders to ensure there is alignment between project objectives, scope, requirements and end solution implementation including requirements traceability tracking.
This role reports to the IT Director of Delivery & Business Engagement and is expected to work at least 3 days per week in our Surry Hills office and 2 days per week from home.

What will you do?
Gathering / defining business and technical requirements across the Cyber Program particularly covering operational technology in both warehousing and manufacturing.
Engineer new operational processes, service transition documentation and RACI matrices for the new capabilities that will be delivered through the program
Work independently with stakeholders to capture use cases, requirements (Functional & Non-Functional) and define processes
Defining new policies, standards and procedures for the new security capabilities the program is delivering
Working with change management on embedding the new processes within the organisation’s business units
Providing assurance across the program deliverables to ensure the defined requirements are met and validated
Adherence to all Blackmores governance, standards and policies
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or any related field.
Ability to translate Cyber Security needs and risks to technical requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good judgment
Demonstrated ability to adapt & apply previous experience to new contexts
Strong team oriented interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people and roles
Strong commercial awareness, vendor management and negotiation skills
Proven performance in the management of complex cyber security requirements in a comparable enterprise business environment.
Previous experience working in an agile environment.
Experienced in running scrums, retrospectives and sprint planning sessions.
Experience with data and dependency mapping, gap analysis, process flows
Demonstrate strong documentation skills
