Leadend-to-enddeliveryofcomplexcybersecurityprojects,ensuringalignmentwithorganizationalsecurityobjectives,technicalrequirements,andbusinesspriorities.
ManagemultipleconcurrentinitiativesacrossVulnerabilityManagement,SecurityOperations,Identity&AccessManagement(IAM),ApplicationSecurity,CloudSecurity,andCyberRiskManagement.
Partnerwithsecurityengineers,architects,productowners,andtechnologyteamstotranslatetechnicalrequirementsintoactionableprojectplans,milestones,anddeliverables.
Overseeprojectschedules,budgets,resourceallocation,dependencies,risks,andissueresolutionthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
Coordinatetechnicalimplementationactivities,systemintegrations,testing,anddeploymentreadinessacrossmultipletechnologyteams.
Maintainprojectgovernance,executive-levelstatusreporting,anddeliverydocumentationusingServiceNowStrategicPortfolioManagement(SPM).
Manageprojectfinancials,vendorrelationships,procurementcoordination,andrelatedadministrativeprocesses.
Identifydeliveryrisksearly,resolvecross-functionalblockers,anddriveaccountabilitytoensuresuccessfulprojectexecution.
Communicate technical project progress, challenges, and decisions to cybersecurity leadership and business stakeholders.
Requirements
Do You Bring Proven Success in Technical Cybersecurity Project Management?
7+ years of project management experiencedelivering complex technical, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity initiatives, with senior-level experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity projects within enterprise IT environments, preferably financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, security controls, system integrations, and technical implementation lifecycles.
Experience coordinating initiatives involving one or more cybersecurity domains, such as IAM, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, Cloud Security, Application Security, or Cyber Risk Management.
Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables.
Proficiency with enterprise project and portfolio management tools, including ServiceNow SPM, Jira, and/or Microsoft Project.
Experience developing executive dashboards, project status reports, risk registers, and governance documentation.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with cybersecurity engineers, architects, business leaders, and senior executives.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and accountability.
Experience with vendor management, procurement coordination, and project financial tracking.
Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement management platforms is a plus.
PMP or comparable project management certification preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
