XAD Technologies

About

We're XAD Technologies, a team that's been building telecom and IT infrastructure since 2006. What started as a small group of researchers and engineers has grown into a global organization with over 4,000 people across 17+ offices in the Middle East, South Asia, Europe, and North America. We don't just install equipment – we design and maintain the networks that keep people connected, from fiber optic splicing to mobile network infrastructure.

Our work spans telecommunications, IT networks, security systems, managed services, and even solar energy solutions. We've earned trust from major players like Etisalat, du, Huawei, Nokia, and Ericsson by delivering reliable results on hundreds of projects. The diversity of our team – with experts in civil construction, fiber optics, ELV systems, and network operations – lets us handle complex challenges that span multiple disciplines. We're proud of our ISO certifications and the recognition we've received, but we're more focused on what's next: expanding our capabilities and continuing to provide the innovative solutions our clients need to build the future of connectivity.

XM Cyber

XM Cyber is a hybrid cloud security company headquartered in Israel, led by CEO Noam Erez. The company builds a graph-based platform that models security exposures as interconnected nodes, revealing how individual vulnerabilities chain together to form exploitable attack paths through an organization's infrastructure. Rather than generating another overwhelming vulnerability list, the platform continuously simulates attacks from an adversary's perspective to identify which exposure combinations actually create critical risk. The company's core technical approach combines continuous attack simulation with graph-based analysis and attack path modeling. The platform operates across hybrid cloud environments, mapping how different security gaps - misconfigurations, credentials, network access, software vulnerabilities - can be stitched into complete pathways that reach critical assets. This intelligence-driven methodology emerged from a team that includes members from the intelligence community, applying adversarial thinking to enterprise security problems. XM Cyber's platform is designed for enterprise security teams struggling with what the company identifies as a fundamental problem in traditional vulnerability management: analysts drowning in endless remediation lists with no clear way to prioritize impact. By continuously running attack simulations and analyzing the resulting graph structure, the system surfaces which fixes will actually break attack chains versus which address isolated issues. The stated value proposition centers on transforming exposure management from reactive checklist work into proactive defense driven by actual attacker logic and reachability analysis.
