? Role Overview
We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Analystto support the design, implementation, and enhancement ofGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM)solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
? Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements forGRC/IRM processes
- Work with stakeholders to define functional & technical requirements
- Conduct requirement workshops, discussions, and gap analysis
- Createuser stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs & process flows
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers and Architects for solution design
- SupportRisk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management
- Support UAT, defect analysis, sign-offs, data migration, reporting & dashboards
- Prepare SOPs and project documentation
- Provide go-live and hypercare support
- Ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirements
