We are looking for an IT Security Operations Analyst, as part of the IT Security Team. Your primary focus will be to support IT Security operations, including monitoring of internal networks/systems and V-OS cloud, and compliance checks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The role will report to the company IT Manager.
- Perform active daily monitoring of internal threats based on network and application-level logs.
- Perform regular security assessments of internal resources with the use of penetration testing tools.
- Triage, and if necessary, escalate issues requiring further attention to the IT Security committee.
Requirements
- Strong English language ability. Candidates are expected to be able to create argumentative and research works in good English.
- Fresh graduates of a computer science or information technology background are welcome to apply.
- Working knowledge of common operating systems such as Linux and Windows (11 and Server 2016 or later) is preferred.
- Working knowledge of network technologies such as the TCP/IP stack, common protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS, SMB, LDAP/LDAPS and Kerberos is preferred.
- Familiarity with other relevant IT Security concepts is welcome.
