This role combines the skills of Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint development through effective project management, primarily responsible for designing, building, and maintaining custom Power Platform and SharePoint solutions that heavily integrate with backend data, often requiring proficiency in SharePoint Lists, data manipulation, and intricate data integration between SharePoint and various data sources/applications as well as executing automation when relevant.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Optimize data elements, actively analyzes and manipulates data to improve its quality, efficiency, and relevance for analysis, often by identifying and addressing inconsistencies, redundancies, or unnecessary data points, ultimately making the data more actionable for decision-making
Designing and developing custom Power Platform and SharePoint solutions based on business requirements creating optimization across the organization.
Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
Developing custom forms and templates using Power Forms, VBA Scripting, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer.
Optimize reporting to transition multiple data elements into useful valuable information for large InfoSec reporting needs.
Experience with Automation tools for development and implementation across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in regulatory affairs, business, organizational or compliance law, or financial services
Ten years’ related experience at a large financial institution performing legal, compliance, or other duties such as risk management and/or project management
Ability to lead projects of moderate complexity and notable risk exposure.
Strong knowledge on cybersecurity risks, frameworks, best practices and industry/regulatory requirements. Knowledge and experience in use of cyber security governance programs.
7+ years of Database Analyst (advanced): Understanding of data objects relationships, Data Types and exposing objects through Secure DB Connections
Experience understanding requirements and identifying what data to extract vs what data to integrate.
Experience to formalize the consistent processes for data record creation, data extraction and recognition of the data master.
SharePoint (admin/advanced): ability to create objects and access control, custom JSON Scripting.
SharePoint Lists (advances/expert): accountable for the accuracy and upkeep of data within each list entry, including tasks, project details, or other information,
Power Platform (advanced/expert): create custom forms using Microsoft Power Apps. Ability to do design/code using Microsoft Power Forms and create SharePoint Data Source Objects.
Power BI (advanced/expert): integrate with data developing dashboards to client’s business requirements.
Excel and PPT - VBA (expert): Expert knowledge of VBA Scripting (Visual Basic for Applications) for both Power Point and Excel
Collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to extract meaningful insights and information, using statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner, ultimately supporting informed decision-making within an organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others and facilitate difficult conversations with leadership.
Exhibits high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and commitment to tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting.
10+ years of project management experience leading complex projects.
7+ years of MS Project Plan (advanced/expert): Baseline Management, Delta identification, Custom Field management.
5+ years’ experience in Information Security Banking.
Experience with Co-Pilot and other AI tools.
Knowledge or experience across multiple IT Management systems (Clarity, Archer, Service Now).
