Tria Federal builds and operates the IT systems federal agencies use to run health and public-safety programs at national scale: electronic health platforms, eligibility and benefits administration, and the data pipelines that move clinical, financial, and eligibility records between them. The stakes are the ones security people already know. The threat model is federal health data at rest and in transit, legacy systems that predate modern identity controls, and high-volume program workflows where unauthorized access to benefits is itself a compromise - not just a compliance finding.

The work splits across two pressure points. One is legacy modernization: taking aging healthcare IT systems, including electronic health systems, and moving them forward without breaking the programs they sustain.
