About

We're a team that started in Pittsburgh in 2002 and has since grown into a global infrastructure provider. Originally known as G3 Technologies, we began as an IT services company helping small businesses with their technology needs. Over time, we shifted our focus to the web hosting and infrastructure space, and now we operate data centers across 20 locations worldwide, serving customers in 185 countries. We've come a long way from our early days of a single half cabinet in a carrier-neutral facility.

Today, we specialize in bare metal servers, colocation, and connectivity solutions. Our approach is simple: deliver high-performance and high-reliability infrastructure at a reasonable cost. We own and operate our own facilities, including our flagship 8,000 sq ft data center in Pittsburgh, and maintain multiple points of presence across North America, Europe, and Asia. Whether you need dedicated servers, cloud services, or network connectivity, we're here to provide the infrastructure that keeps your business running smoothly.

Smarsh

We're a team that's been obsessed with solving the communications compliance problem since 2001. What started as email archiving has evolved into a platform that captures, retains, and analyzes communications across more than 100 digital channels - we're talking email, mobile, social media, collaboration tools, voice, you name it. Our customers are the ones who can't afford to get compliance wrong: top banks, investment firms, insurers, and government agencies who trust us to help them spot risks before those risks become regulatory fines or headlines. The work we do matters because the stakes are real. Regulatory bodies aren't cutting any slack, and the communications landscape keeps getting more complex with new channels popping up constantly. We've built a cloud-native platform that combines capture, archiving, surveillance, and discovery with AI-powered insights to help organizations not just stay compliant, but actually find value in their communications data. Based in Portland with teams around the world, we're proud to have been recognized by analysts like Gartner and Forrester, and to have landed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for years running.

ServiceNow

In 2004, Fred Luddy founded ServiceNow with a singular vision: to build a technology platform that would fundamentally transform how enterprises work. After recognizing that traditional service management was trapped in fragmented, legacy systems that frustrated employees and slowed business velocity, he set out to create something better. Starting with a single laptop and unwavering determination, Luddy architected a cloud-based platform that could unify workflows across entire organizations - connecting teams, systems, and data in ways previously impossible. Today, ServiceNow has evolved into the defining AI platform for enterprise workflow automation, powering the digital transformation of thousands of companies worldwide. From those humble beginnings in Santa Clara, the Now Platform now orchestrates critical workflows for IT, customer service, HR, and beyond - helping the world's most innovative organizations streamline operations, eliminate silos, and unlock unprecedented productivity. As the company continues to pioneer AI-first capabilities with Now Assist and agentic AI solutions, ServiceNow remains true to its founding belief that when technology puts people first, work works better for everyone.
