We are seeking
a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager to join our growing
cybersecurity consulting firm. This role will be responsible for overseeing the
day-to-day operations of the company, managing staff tasks, and ensuring that
the business runs efficiently and effectively. This role will require a
versatile leader who can manage operational functions, assist in sales and
marketing, maintain client relationships, and contribute to financial
management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of
cybersecurity operations and have a proven ability to manage teams and drive
business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Operational Management:
oOversee the daily operations of the company,
ensuring all departments are aligned with company goals.
oImplement, update, and monitor Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
oEnsure project timelines, deliverables, and
budgets are being met consistently.
- Staff Management & Performance:
oSupervise, guide, and manage the daily
activities of staff members.
oAssist in staff performance management,
including regular evaluations, feedback, and professional development.
oFoster a positive work environment and company
culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
oWork with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard new
staff when needed.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
oAssist in business development and sales efforts
by identifying potential clients and helping with outreach when needed.
oSupport the marketing team in creating
campaigns, content, and strategies to promote the company's cybersecurity
services when needed.
oCollaborate with leadership to develop pricing
strategies and sales presentations.
- Client Relationship Management:
oHelp maintain and strengthen relationships with
key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
oAssist in resolving any client issues or
escalations, providing timely and effective solutions.
oRepresent the company in client meetings and
ensure that projects align with client needs and expectations when needed.
- Strategic Planning & Leadership:
oCollaborate with the CEO and leadership team to
define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth plans.
oIdentify opportunities for process improvement,
cost-saving, and operational efficiency.
oAssist in creating business strategies that
drive long-term growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration,
Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in operational
management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or executive role, preferably
in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services
and how to deliver value to clients.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and
marketing strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the
ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment.

- Driving & Travel: A willingness and ability
to travel throughout the ANZ region as and when required.
