We are looking for a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (AVP) who excels at translating business strategy into scalable technology solutions. You will leverage deep expertise in MetricStream/GRC and strong cross‑functional leadership to drive solution design, requirements execution, and delivery of core audit workflows. This role requires a strategic thinker who can simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality outcomes across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements discovery and solution design by collaborating with audit, technology, and vendor teams; develop clear BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
Facilitate design workshops to architect scalable workflows and system enhancements that drive operational excellence.
Translate complex business needs into optimized MetricStream configurations and analytics that improve decision‑making and user experience.
Drive user‑group engagement to validate needs, prioritize enhancements, and ensure continuous improvement of Audit workflows.
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery including roadmap definition, sprint execution, testing cycles, deployment, and adoption.
Develop training, communication, and change‑management materials that support successful rollout of system releases.
What qualifications and skills we value
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with demonstrated success in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of complex technical solutions within cross-functional teams.
Direct experience in the financial services sector or within risk and control functions is highly desirable, with proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
Skills and competencies:
Proven experience shaping end‑to‑end solutions for MetricStream (M7) or similar GRC platforms.
Ability to break down complex business problems and provide clear, actionable technical insights.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
Comfort operating in ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and making balanced decisions.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to bring structure to dynamic environments.
Advanced command of English; strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
