About

We're a global outsourcing company with offices across the Philippines, Dominican Republic, Madagascar, South Africa, and Armenia. We help businesses scale by building custom offshore and nearshore teams that stick around for the long haul. Our approach is pretty straightforward: find great people, build processes that actually work, and make sure our clients can reach us whenever they need to. We've been doing this since 2006, and we've grown to over 2,000 employees who work with everyone from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

We don't just provide staff - we try to build what we call 'process equity' with our clients. That means the workflows and systems we create together become valuable assets for their business. Whether it's customer service, IT, healthcare billing, accounting, or something more specialized, our teams adapt to how our clients operate. We also invest heavily in our own technology, including our Knit productivity platform and AI tools, to help everyone work smarter. Our people are what set us apart, and we're proud of the culture we've built across all our locations.

IN

Infobip

Infobip operates a global cloud communications platform that routes billions of conversations across more than 75 locations worldwide. The company specializes in omnichannel engagement infrastructure - think SMS, voice, WhatsApp Business, and other messaging channels - connecting enterprises to their customers through AI-powered communication solutions. Led by co-CEOs Silvio Kutic and Roberto Kutic, the company maintains headquarters in the UK while coordinating operations across a genuinely distributed footprint. The platform's technical architecture handles conversation routing at scale, which means managing authentication flows, encryption protocols, API security, and fraud detection across diverse channels and geographies. Development teams span research and development, product engineering, customer-facing operations, and business enablement functions. Given the nature of messaging infrastructure - processing personal data, financial transactions, two-factor authentication codes, and sensitive business communications - the security perimeter extends from carrier integrations and cloud infrastructure down to client SDK implementations. The company's operational model combines flexible work arrangements with in-person collaboration across its 75+ locations. Teams are distributed internationally, with emphasis on cross-border coordination and diverse technical perspectives. For security professionals, this environment presents the full spectrum of cloud communications challenges: defending API endpoints that handle billions of requests, securing multi-tenant architectures, maintaining compliance across jurisdictions, and hardening the infrastructure that enterprises depend on for customer authentication and critical notifications.

DA

Databricks

Databricks operates a unified Data Intelligence Platform that processes and analyzes data for over 15,000 organizations globally, including more than 60% of the Fortune 500. The platform combines data engineering, ETL pipelines, ML model training, and generative AI infrastructure - running on AWS, Azure, and GCP. Founded in 2013 by the engineers who created Apache Spark at UC Berkeley, the company built its architecture around lakehouse design, which merges data warehouse and data lake capabilities into a single system that handles both structured analytics and unstructured ML workloads. The security surface spans distributed data processing at enterprise scale, multi-cloud deployments, and data governance across heterogeneous environments. Unity Catalog provides centralized access control and audit logging for lakehouse assets, while the platform must secure data pipelines that move between cloud storage, compute clusters, and external integrations. Databricks maintains three major open-source projects - Delta Lake for transactional storage, MLflow for ML lifecycle management, and Unity Catalog for governance - each introducing distinct attack vectors and compliance requirements that security teams need to monitor across production deployments. The threat model includes data exfiltration risks during ETL operations, privilege escalation in shared compute environments, and supply chain vulnerabilities in open-source dependencies. Teams work with Python, Scala, and Java codebases, securing Spark clusters that process sensitive data alongside ML models that require both training data protection and inference endpoint hardening. Security engineering at this scale means defending distributed systems where data moves constantly between storage layers, compute resources, and API endpoints across multiple cloud providers.
