Simbian

Remote (worldwide)1 open job

Simbian builds an autonomous, self-improving cybersecurity platform with AI agents for SOC, pentesting, threat hunting, and network security operations across enterprise tooling.

The threat model Simbian is betting on is the one security teams are already living with: attackers using AI to move faster than human-scale operations can respond. The company's answer is an autonomous, self-improving defense platform that runs security operations on top of the tooling enterprises already have - integrating with 100+ data sources across SIEM, EDR, XDR, CDR, and identity systems, and deployed in 300+ enterprise environments.

Under the platform are a set of purpose-built agents: an AI SOC Agent that investigates every alert to a verdict, an AI Pentest Agent that continuously tests exploit paths against live environments, an AI Threat Hunt Agent that tests hypotheses against an organization's own history to surface undetected threats, and an AI NetSecOps Agent running firewall and network operations 24/7. The agents select themselves for tasks, act inside existing security tools, self-score their work, and close gaps in the defense posture over time.

The technical stack is deliberately defensive about its own model layer. Context Lake acts as persistent, organization-wide memory - a living map of assets, identities, and past verdicts specific to each customer. TrustedLLM is the LLM layer hardened against prompt injection and data poisoning, with the stated constraint that customer data is never used to train public models. Work spans AI/ML, LLM security, threat hunting, penetration testing, and SecOps tooling.

The company has been recognized by Gartner and IDC for a multi-pronged approach to autonomous security operations.
