Redigo AB

In 2022, a group of internationally recognized cybersecurity leaders and experts came together with a shared realization: as connected products and services proliferated across every industry, traditional security approaches were failing to keep pace. Companies in defense, automotive, and critical infrastructure needed more than reactive security measures - they needed partners who could embed security by design, navigate complex regulations like NIS2 and DORA, and build true organizational resilience. These founders brought decades of experience and a vision to create an international spearhead company that would make a lasting impact. From that insight, Redigo AB was born - founded on the core values of being Aware, Agile, and Amusing. What started as a mission to incorporate an engineering approach into cybersecurity has evolved into a growing organization with four strategic business areas: Cyber Readiness & Resilience, Cyber Strategy, Cyber Defense, and Research & Development. Now part of the Vinngroup platform with operations across Sweden, Norway, and Finland, Redigo's team of specialists helps clients anticipate threats, maintain compliance, and protect their most critical assets - all while maintaining a culture where people genuinely enjoy working together. The company's annual Winter Conference embodies this spirit, bringing the entire team together to connect, share ideas, and remind themselves why they started this journey in the first place.
