Job Description:
- Develop and refine AI prompt, including defined rules and logic, to support systematic review of Low -Level Design (LLD) documents. Monitor and track progress of multiple LLD reviews.
- Support review and enhancement of OT Level 3 procedures by analysing feedback from stakeholders (eg: LOTF) and assisting in updating and improving procedural documents.
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials (eg: for TDPGR, BCS, GTS, Corporate Cadence related to initiatives such as RDMZ migration. Responsibilities include improving slide aesthetics, conducting supporting research, ensuring alignment of content and polishing overall presentation quality based provided storyline.
- Support meeting coordination by identifying available time slots among required participants and facilitating scheduling arrangements.
- Track progress of key initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Maintain structured tracking of responsible parties, deliverables, status and blockers and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
- Translate IT-intensive technical concepts into simplified explanation suitable for OT stakeholders to enhance understanding and communication.
