Parkland Corporation, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, is one of the largest independent fuel distribution and logistics platforms in the Americas. Founded in 1960, the company operates as a fuel distributor, marketer, and convenience retailer across 26 countries in the Americas and Europe, serving more than one million customers a day from roughly 8,000 retail and commercial locations. On November 1, 2025, the acquisition of Parkland by Sunoco LP was completed.
