OTB S.p.A. is an international fashion and luxury group headquartered in Breganze, Italy, with more than 6,000 employees, 600 directly managed stores, a direct presence in 27 countries and active sales channels in more than 100 markets. It develops and operates brands including Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni and Viktor&Rolf, holds a stake in Amiri, and controls manufacturing and production companies Staff International and Brave Kid. Around 60% of the business runs through direct retail, outlet and online channels; 2025 turnover was €1.7 billion.

The security surface is broad and unusually concrete. The group runs cloud-based systems, AI, clienteling technology and supply-chain applications across brand, retail and manufacturing operations, and it operates a blockchain product authentication program that has registered more than two million products since it began. That combination means identity and access control for retail and e-commerce platforms, protection of customer data flowing through clienteling systems, integrity of production and supply-chain applications spanning owned factories and external partners, and defense of the authentication infrastructure itself - where tampering would undermine the value of the product record it exists to protect.

Operating across 27 countries and 100-plus markets puts the group in scope for multiple regulatory regimes and a distributed threat model: store endpoints, online channels, partner networks and manufacturing IT all sit inside the perimeter. The group invests in digital innovation as a stated priority - €64 million invested in 2025 - and frames growth under a "Be Responsible. Be Brave." sustainability strategy. OTB Foundation runs social-development projects for young people, women, emergencies and integration.
