OPTIVEUM sp. z o.o.

About

We founded Optiveum in 2020 after spending years building tech teams for large global firms. We wanted to create something different - a boutique consultancy where every partnership has a human face. We specialize in IT recruitment, outsourcing, and strategic consulting, helping companies scale their technology operations and access top Central European talent through flexible, transparent cooperation models.

Our team brings over 20 years of combined experience in IT recruitment, outsourcing, and consulting across international markets. We maintain a database of more than 15,000 qualified IT and engineering candidates, and we currently serve clients across Poland, Switzerland, Israel, USA, Finland, Sweden, and Germany. We know every professional we represent, and we care deeply about every collaboration we build - because at the end of the day, this work is about people, not just placements.

Optasia

Optasia is an AI-led fintech platform founded in 2012, operating across 38 countries in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. The company serves more than 120 million customers monthly through partnerships with 49 mobile operators and 13 financial institutions, reaching over 860 million addressable subscribers. In 2024, Optasia distributed approximately $3.8 billion in consumer loans while maintaining exceptionally low default rates. The company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 2025, positioning itself as Sub-Saharan Africa's first fintech IPO. The platform's core business centers on micro-financing and airtime credit solutions, delivered through a B2B2X architecture that handles end-to-end financial services - from scoring and decisioning through disbursement and collection. This infrastructure requires tight integrations with mobile operators and financial institutions across markets with varying regulatory frameworks, connectivity challenges, and fraud patterns. The technical domains span AI-driven credit scoring, real-time data analytics, digital lending infrastructure, and fintech integrations at scale. For security practitioners, the threat model is substantial: protecting financial transactions and sensitive customer data across 38 jurisdictions, each with distinct regulatory requirements and attack surfaces. The platform processes billions in loan disbursements annually while maintaining integrations with dozens of external partners, creating a complex attack surface that spans API security, payment processing integrity, fraud detection systems, and data protection across emerging markets. The company's proprietary AI technology for credit decisioning also introduces machine learning security considerations, from model integrity to adversarial attacks on scoring systems. Led by co-CEOs Salvador Anglada and Bassim Haidar and headquartered in the UAE, Optasia continues expanding its platform following its 2025 public listing. The company's stated mission focuses on enabling financial access for underserved markets - a mandate that requires balancing accessibility with security controls in environments where traditional fraud indicators may not apply and where infrastructure reliability varies significantly across operating regions.

Optiv Security India Private Limited

Optiv Security India Private Limited is the Indian entity of Optiv, a global cybersecurity advisory and solutions firm that has served more than 7,500 clients across 70 countries since its founding in 2015. The company operates exclusively in cybersecurity and risk management, with no diversions into adjacent IT services - a positioning that translates to depth over breadth. Sixty-four percent of Fortune 500 companies are on its client roster, alongside nearly 6,000 organizations spanning every major industry vertical. The firm's operational model follows a three-part framework: Advise, Deploy, Operate. This means strategic consulting on cyber risk posture, implementation of security technologies, and managed security operations that handle ongoing threat detection and response. Technical domains span the expected cybersecurity stack - threat detection and management, security operations, compliance frameworks, and resilience engineering. What distinguishes the approach is an ecosystem of more than 450 technology partners, which functions as a vendor-agnostic integration layer. Rather than locking clients into proprietary platforms, Optiv positions itself as an orchestrator of third-party security tools, deploying and operating technologies from its partner network based on client threat models and risk profiles. The India operation, led globally by CEO Kevin Lynch, inherits this focus on both strategic and technical delivery. For engineers and analysts, the work involves hands-on deployment and operation of security infrastructure across diverse client environments, with exposure to multi-vendor tooling rather than a single product suite. The scale - thousands of clients, dozens of countries - suggests variety in threat landscapes and regulatory contexts, from financial services compliance to industrial control system security. The company's claim to be the world's cyber advisory and solutions leader is marketing language, but the client numbers and Fortune 500 penetration indicate substantive scale in a crowded market.
