We are seeking a Cybersecurity IAM Analyst to help manage, enforce, and improve identity and access controls across our global enterprise. This role plays a critical part in ensuring secure user access, supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and enforcing policies aligned with Zero Trust and least privilege principles.
You’ll process day-to-day IAM requests, investigate authentication issues, and support SSO configurations across platforms like Okta, Azure AD, and ADFS. You’ll also contribute to access governance, audit preparation, and automation of routine identity workflows.
If you're process-oriented, technically sharp, and motivated to secure how users access systems and data, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact. Come and join a great team who are driving tomorrow’s cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
- Process IAM requests related to provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes, and access exceptions across Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, and AWS IAM
- Support and troubleshoot SSO integrations using ADFS, Azure AD, Okta, and custom SAML/OAuth configurations
- Validate authentication flows and assist in onboarding applications to federation platforms
- Apply an automation- and AI-first mindset to streamline repetitive IAM workflows and reduce manual risk exposure
- Conduct periodic access reviews and entitlement audits in line with internal policies and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOX)
- Investigate anomalies related to user access, group assignments, and account lifecycle events (JML)
- Document IAM workflows, decisions, and SOPs to ensure repeatability and auditability
- Collaborate with security engineering, cloud, IT, and HR teams to align identity practices with business needs
- Support remediation of access-related audit findings and assist with evidence collection
- Other duties as assigned by organization leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of professional experience.
- Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills in English.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with others, to influence based on knowledge and experience.
- Experience in identity and access management, IT operations, or cybersecurity support.
- Hands-on experience with Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, and AWS IAM.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, WS-Federation.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server environments and identity federation platforms (e.g., ADFS).
- Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting language for automation and reporting.
- Process-driven mindset with attention to access governance and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Okta, CompTIA Security+, or similar.
- Experience with identity governance platforms.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SOX.
- Exposure to AI or LLM tools used to enrich identity workflows or assist with investigation/reporting.
