Job Description

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of cyber security solutions for clients
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of deployed systems to ensure optimal performance and security effectiveness
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for cyber security solutions
  • Monitor and analyze security events, incidents, and system performance to identify risks and improvements
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of implemented solutions
  • Deliver training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to client teams on deployed security technologies
  • Work closely with internal delivery and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Perform periodic security reviews, audits, and health checks to identify vulnerabilities and recommend enhancements
  • Assist in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and client environments
  • Stay up to date with emerging cyber security threats, technologies, and best practices
  • Provide feedback to product and pre-sales teams based on client experiences and operational challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Provide escalation support for complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on cyber security best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve cyber security offerings
  • Undertake any other tasks requested by the team lead

Person Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security, preferably with consulting or post-sales exposure
  • Proven experience in conducting security assessments and implementing solutions
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, load balancers, and vulnerability scanners
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality post-sales support
  • Vendor certifications such as Check Point (CCSE, CCSM, CCTE), Palo Alto (PCNSE), F5 Certifications, and Imperva Certifications
  • Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and support post-sales operations
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with emerging cyber security trends and technologies
