Job Description
- Lead the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of cyber security solutions for clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of deployed systems to ensure optimal performance and security effectiveness
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for cyber security solutions
- Monitor and analyze security events, incidents, and system performance to identify risks and improvements
- Collaborate with clients to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of implemented solutions
- Deliver training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to client teams on deployed security technologies
- Work closely with internal delivery and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Perform periodic security reviews, audits, and health checks to identify vulnerabilities and recommend enhancements
- Assist in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and client environments
- Stay up to date with emerging cyber security threats, technologies, and best practices
- Provide feedback to product and pre-sales teams based on client experiences and operational challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Provide escalation support for complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on cyber security best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve cyber security offerings
- Undertake any other tasks requested by the team lead
Person Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security, preferably with consulting or post-sales exposure
- Proven experience in conducting security assessments and implementing solutions
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, load balancers, and vulnerability scanners
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality post-sales support
- Vendor certifications such as Check Point (CCSE, CCSM, CCTE), Palo Alto (PCNSE), F5 Certifications, and Imperva Certifications
- Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and support post-sales operations
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with emerging cyber security trends and technologies
