LTS is a professional services firm founded in 2005 and headquartered in Herndon, Virginia. Its Enterprise Consulting division works with federal agencies on IT modernization, cybersecurity, and program management - a mandate that puts the security work squarely in the realm of government systems and the compliance regimes that govern them. The firm operates across healthcare, federal government, state public health, higher education, emergency management, occupational health, and community health.

The technical surface is unusually mixed. Beyond cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, and AI, LTS lists legacy healthcare systems including VistA and MUMPS among its domains - the kind of aging, deeply embedded codebases where modernization and security work are effectively the same project. Securing them means working across decades-old clinical data models, current federal IT requirements, and health data belonging to populations that are often the least able to absorb a service outage.

Four service divisions carry the work. testandgo is an integrated healthcare access platform combining kiosks, diagnostic lab testing, program management, on-site fulfillment, and public health grants administration for underserved and remote populations. Automated Healthcare Solutions delivers turnkey deployments for community health centers, mobile clinics, and workplace wellness programs; Occupational Health Services covers medical staffing, OSHA-mandated exams, DOT-compliant drug testing, and on-site clinics; and Emergency Response handles rapid disaster-relief deployment, including debris removal, logistical staging, mass care, and temporary shelters.
