Job Summary:
An individual who is motivated by curiosity, driven for success and excellence in Information Security service. An Engineer that will support InfoSec objectives in Amkor offices and factories. Should understand network security practices. Excellent customer service while solving problems should be a top priority, a proactive individual, take direction well, communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise vulnerability database and scanners as directed by core engineer
- Identify, investigate, and prioritize cyber vulnerabilities driving remediation to reduce enterprise risk globally
- Establish and maintain discovery schedules for continuous visibility of global assets
- Initiate scans for Cloud workloads in Azure and AWS
- Provide level 2 support of level 1 vulnerability remediation team
- Develop and report on Key Risk and Performance Indicators related to vulnerability management
- Support Information Security Incident Response process
- Support numerous security project implementations from a technical perspective
- Rotate from Vulnerability Management team into Security Operations Center to provide next-level technical support
- Operate as a Blue Team defense member when not assigned to Security Operations Center
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience within Information Security.
- Experience/knowledge of enterprise security solutions such as Vulnerability Management, Security Information & Event Management
- Support rotation between Vulnerability Management, Blue Defense Team, and Security Operations Center
- Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment, flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities
- Good native & English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred, multiple disciplines considered - additional relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered
- Certifications such as CCSP / CEH / GIAC / CISSP are a plus
- Experience in a red team or blue team or SOC is a plus
